New-hired onboarding process
We designed and developed the onboarding process for new hires in the company.
Our newly hired users need an easy and quick way to accomplish all the steps that lead them to certifications and become fully operative.
We opted for a card design that dynamically shows or hides cards according to the role of the onboarded, providing the right content and path to follow.

E-learning platform
AirfranceKLM group aimed for a better way to showcase learning content to its employees and make it easier to “learn admins” to present courses.
A new learning experience resulted from a participatory design process and workshops on-site involving stakeholders, employees, and “school managers” from both Airfrance and KLM.
We delivered dynamic and responsive pages that display different content based on the logged user. School managers can sort or add cards with a drag-drop widget system and create playlists.
The new solution led to +20% completion of optional learning materials.
